stated. Fresh fruit and vegetables can naturally vary in size, shape and appearance. If an item becomes unavailable after an order
is placed, we will contact you where reasonably possible to discuss an alternative, removal or refund.

Prices are displayed in euros (€). Applicable VAT and delivery or service charges will be shown or explained before checkout.

Check fresh and chilled items promptly after delivery and follow packaging storage instructions. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled,
incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, with your order number and photos where useful. This
request helps us investigate and does not limit statutory rights.

9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and return rights depend on the product and circumstances. Exceptions may apply to goods that deteriorate or expire
rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the law permits. Such exceptions
